Create your online ordering account to begin earning points!
If you already have an online ordering account with us, just sign in to place your orders to earn points! If you don't have an account, go to our online ordering menu, click on the account icon (top right corner of menu) to create your account. After you create and verify your account, sign in to place your online orders to earn points!
The Chef's Delights Rewards program is eligible only for online orders placed through our website. This program is not valid for online orders placed on 3rd party websites, call-in orders, or orders placed via email.
To earn points, you must be signed in when placing your order. If you checkout as a guest, your order will not be valid for earning points. The points you earn per $1.00 spent will be based upon your tier level - higher tier levels earn more points per dollar.
To access your dashboard, click on the star icon from the top of our menu.
If you're on a mobile device, click on the account icon and then click on the star icon within your profile.
Within your dashboard, You will be able to view your: total points, points needed to redeem each reward, available rewards for you to claim, recent activity, tier status, tier benefits, and amount needed to get to the next tier level.
When signed in, your available rewards will show at the top of our menu, within your Rewards Dashboard, and under the discount drop down within your cart at checkout. Click the reward to claim - only one reward may be redeemed per order. If you cancel your order, your reward and points will be reverted back.
Tiers are based on total spend per calendar year. Every time you place your order, your total goes towards your annual spend. At the end of the year, your tier level will reset.
